NO RULES WEEKEND BLOG PARTY #225!

I'm pretty sure most of you are over anything and 

everything to do with the movie Frozen, but Star has 

recently watched it and has since become a bit obsessed. 

On a recent trip to Walmart she spotted the singing

Anna and Elsa dolls and asked me to buy them.

They were on "clearance" for a whopping $55.00!

I told her they were too much money at this store 

and I would check other stores for a lower price. I knew that

if these dolls were on clearance at one Walmart, they may have 

a lower clearance price at another Walmart. And it was 

definitely worth waiting on the purchase...using the trick 

below I was able to save a whole lot of money. 

*Money Saving Tip!*

(I normally don't share money saving tips here on 

my blog, but I thought this little tid-bit of info may 

be helpful to someone else out there!)

If you are able to find a clearance item in stock at another 

Walmart for a lower price, you can bring it up on your phone 

at the register and they will price match! Not sure if any

of you knew this, but I just recently learned of this trick.

Needless to say I found the Frozen dolls on clearance at 

a Walmart across the country for $15.00, and they were

in stock! So I went back to my Walmart and showed the

price on my phone and BOOM! It went from $55 

(originally $69.99) to $15.00. After that deal I was 

just as excited as Star was to take these dolls home. 

And finally after my long story is the video. Watch as Star

sings along with her new dolls. She doesn't have all the

words and it isn't perfect, but it is CUTE!
