How are you all doing this week?
I have to say I am very worn out! Star has
been taking shorter naps and waking up
earlier, and she is busy! I just tell myself
this child is keeping me young!
Lately we've been attending a couple fun
activities at the library during the week,
and then afterwards Star has me trudging
through the snow in our yard.
It is all very tiring for me (being a mom in my
mid-forties and all), but then I think about
how one day soon she will be in school and
we will no longer have this time together.
Now before I get all sad, are you ready to find
some new blogs to read? And perhaps gain
some new followers?
Or maybe you'd like to grow your social networks,
or make a sale or in your Etsy shop?
Well come join the fun :)
The party normally runs from Thursday mornings
at 6 am US EST until 3 am US EST Monday.

Aww, I know how you feel. One by one my children are all growing up and 2 have left home :(
ReplyDeleteEek go me, I am super early this week. Thanks for hosting Paula, hope you manage to get some rest Paula :)
Childhood does go by in the blink of an eye :(
DeleteYay for being early! I was surprised to see you right at the top!
Thank you and have a great weekend :)
Momming in the mid-forties is a rough business! I am exhausted...like all of the time! I suppose I will just be tired for the rest of my life! Good luck to you. We are tougher than we even know! Thanks for the link up and have a fab weekend.

DeleteThank you for stopping by and sharing :))
They do grow up so fast don't they?
ReplyDeleteSoooo fast! In addition to my 3 year old I have a 13 year old and two older children who are 22 and almost 25 (yikes!!). I cannot believe the time went so quickly with my older two..makes me more appreciative of the time I have with the other two. I don't care how tired I am, I will keep plugging along!!
DeleteI’m back at blogging as a brand ambassador of Los Angeles-based indie brand Team Baciano – come check out this fab piece I am wearing from their collection!!!

DeleteThanks for hosting. Hope you have a restful weekend.
ReplyDeleteThey do grow up fast. My daughter just turned 21, the other day. I can remember when she was a baby.
I so clearly remember my children when they were babies. Looking back it is just crazy how fast the time goes. One of my favorite quotes is "the days are long, but the years are short". Such a true statement. Thank you for stopping by! Happy Weekend to you :)

ReplyDeleteHi Martha! Thank you so much for linking up and for the follow! I have followed you back. Your work is so pretty :))
DeleteAwww, don't be sad! Just enjoy the present time. They keep telling me having kids keeps me young too. I'm not sure if I really believe it, but I try to convince myself it's true. ;) Linking up and added your button to my posts. Thanks for not being a rule nazi, by the way! Hope your weekend is treating you well.
ReplyDeleteYou're right that we should live in the moment! And I think kids keep you young because you don't stop moving...ever lol. And I'm certainly not one for rules. I'm a rule breaker!
DeleteThank you for linking up, adding my button, and for tweeting!!
Happy Weekend :)
Thanks for hosting Paula :)
