My Review

It took me awhile before I was able to make myself take time out for me, and to figure out how to use this product.  Fortunately it wasn't difficult to figure out or get started with at all.  

All you need to do is to use the whitening pen to paint the gel solution onto your teeth, insert the clear, rubbery trays, and then insert the LED light.  It does become a bit crowded in your mouth, but it's not too bad.  You gently bite down and everything stays put as you whiten your smile.

The instructions suggest that you whiten for approximately 20-45 minutes a day (or 30 minutes to even 2 hours depending on your comfort level), skipping a day or two if any sensitivities occur.  I used the kit once a day for 20 minutes, seven days in a row. 

My results?  A brighter, whiter smile :) Not a whole lot whiter (I did only leave the gel on for the minimum 20 minutes), but there was a visible difference.  I believe if I continue to use this product for another week or so, my teeth will end up as white as I'd like them to be.    

Do I recommend this product? Yes!  Especially if your teeth are stained at all, and you'd like professional results in the comfort of your own home.  (This doesn't mean your family won't laugh at you, or try to carry on a conversation with you while your using it, but you can walk around and get some things done!)
